Winter Warm-Up and New Neighbor Reception
All residents are invited to Historic Meridian Park’s Winter Warm-up and New Neighbor Reception on February 16 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Jay Van Santen and David Conrad have offered to host the event at their HMP home, located at 3145 North Delaware Street. Attendees are welcome to bring snacks or desserts to share at this neighborhood pitch-in and social event. At the December Holiday Party and Pitch-in, the neighborhood association elected its 2009 board of directors. The nine-member board includes seven returning directors, and two first-time directors— Cassie Mehlman-Rhys of Delaware Street and Brenda Truedell-Bell of Washington Boulevard. The association extends its sincerest appreciation to outgoing directors and past presidents Lorraine Phillips Vavul and Larry Sanner for their service in 2008.
