He asked that we go get them or give him the money for fix a flat. This same man tried the same thing a year ago with the exact same story except he stated he was in the military. He smelled of alcohol. He ran last year when my husband pulled in the driveway. He ran this time when he realized he was caught in a lie.

I am unsure what his plan was-perhaps to get money? Please let residents know he is obviously local and up to no good. He could be dangerous.
