2014 Annual Summer BBQ Recap

On August 2, 2014, neighbors came out en masse for the Annual Summer BBQ.  The neighborhood blocked off 32nd St. from Delaware St. to Pennsylvania St and provided hamburgers, hotdogs, and adult beverages.  Attendees brought side dishes to share and neighbor Spencer Valentine served as the block party grill master. Children were able to safely ride their bike in the street while their parents enjoyed the music and the company of their neighbors. The Annual Summer BBQ is a favorite among neighbors and is usually an opportunity to many meet new HMP neighbors and a few from adjacent neighborhoods.
