For the past few years, former neighbors Angela and David Colby have hosted an annual Kentucky Derby party at their home on Pennsylvania Street. Neighbors are invited to watch the race and wager bets. Proceeds from the Derby Party are generously donated to the HMP Beautification Committee that keeps the neighborhood looking good. Many thanks to the Colbys for their continued support of our neighborhood. Although they are no longer physically living in the neighborhood, they will always be neighbors to all who live here.
